superdouDear supporters of Ismaily and El Alhy,
For the RCS point of vue, there's no problem with the transfer of Hosni to El Alhi.
Ismaily had an option on the player until the June, 15th. But, at this expiry date, the money for the transfer was not given by Ismaily.
In trades rules, it means that the players returns back to the RCS, which can keep it, or sold it to any club (included Ismaily), at the price the RCS wants.
The RCS, because the player didn't want to go back in France, try to discuss with Ismaily again, but they didn't give enough money. So, as El Alhy asked too for the player, the RCS made the transfer with this club.
That's all for the RCS.
After, it is a problem only with the two egyptean clubs. But the transfer was done in the rules of all trades in the world, and the FIFA cannot say anything else. -

Eric, just a RACINGs Fan
Dear Sir,
I hope so too , and also think it is possible that there is a role of both of us in the process of converging point of view between the two clubs,
Thank you very much for your good cooperation , Strasbourg Club and the great fans
Regards -
Dear Egyptian friends,
We should not forget one thing. Even if it's a great passion for all of us, and a business, Football is just a game.
This incident of transfer should not spoil our good relationship, and should not be a subject of conflict between Egyptians supporters.
Even I never support Hosni, I wish He would find a team in which he would be able to play, because It's very difficult for a professional not to play for a long time. -

Dear friend,
You are right if the contract was for temporary transfer, but it's unfortunately for Ahly fans that Ismaili club has all asserting evidences that it's permenant transfer contract so, sorry your informations are incorrect
Thanks -
-
Putain rachma, tu vas faire foirer 40 ans de traités bilatéraux...
-
The permanent transferts doesn't exist anymore in international transfert with european clubs.
When Ismaily and Hosni has signed with the RCS, the player desn't have any more a permanent contract with Ismaily.
And it is a rules that the FIFA has several times confirmed. -

Your opinion supports his transfer to Ismaili as he will play all games.
In Strasbourg due to military duty
In Ahly he will sit outside more than inside like El-Shater & Mohammed Abd Allah
Thanks -
Citation: asserting evidences
FALSE evidence ... like the cheque you sent, cheque that is NOT acceptable in any bank. -

FIFA will judge this issue, you have to waight -
FIFA will agree with Strasbourg, that's sure.

Ok I will "waight" even if we all know what they are going to say. -
Abd Rabou asked Ahly club to friendly withdraw his offer at Strazbourg for his desire to continue with Ismaili club
-
Even if it is true, I don't thing the Racing will agree.
1. The contract has been signed, and sent to the FIFA, so it is not easy to cancel it
2. Ismaily don't have money to give at least the same money than the one given by El Alhy.
3. The RCS has other emergencies to find players. We don't have time to solve internal egyptean conflicts. -

Source ?
Besides, Hosni is unfoundable, he disappeared since three days and he won't be connected to any media "form" till FIFA's decision. -

really ! your team has another emergencies to find players. We don't have time to solve internal egyptian conflicts ?
oh god . what a petty on our luck
now i knew that we were so foolish when we agreed on recieving our money from your team after a delayment of 18 days.
it's a mess sir.
IF GOD WANTS
this player will be in ismaily
because if you says that our team don't respect contracts
you made the same thing firstly
Our team put the case between the hands of real madrid & Chelsea lawyer who ensure that our percentage in winning the case is not less than 90%. -

shame on him -

Ismaily can pay 700000 Euro but will not do it because its our right to get him for only 500000 Euro -
No, it was your right BEFORE the June 15th

After this expiry date, it was our right to ask what we want, and it was your right to accept and have the player, or refuse and don't have anymore the player.
But, as now, a trade has been done with El Alhy, it's over.
Your only way is to discuss directly with El Alhy. Perhaps they will agree to sell you the player again ...
Discussion verrouillée.
